MotoGP 2024 - Round 16 of 20, Motegi, Japan – Race

Pedro Acosta fought for the lead at the 2024 Japanese Grand Prix in one the most competitive and promising weekends of the season for Red Bull GASGAS Tech3. The Spaniard started from Pole Position for the first time but a tumble at the final corner of the lap at Motegi ended his bid for a podium. Augusto Fernandez also did not complete the race distance.

GASGAS Factory Racing’s Jaime Busto has finished a close second at round five of the FIM X-Trial World Championship. Taking the fight to his rivals throughout the evening in Andorra, Busto’s runner-up result moves him into second in the championship standings. Sondre Haga made his first appearance in the 2024 X-Trial series. Riding the TXE GP, the Norwegian placed a solid seventh.

MotoGP 2024 - Round 16 of 20, Motegi – Quali and Sprint

Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 scorched their way to Pole Position ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix Sprint as Pedro Acosta – confirmed as Rookie of the Year today - steered the GASGAS RC16 around the 14 corners of the Motegi circuit for the fastest lap-time. The rookie was then leading the Sprint until a slip at Turn 7 put him in the gravel. Augusto Fernandez pushed hard once more to occupy 18th place and crossed the line in 15th.

Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing rider Jorge Prado secured the 2024 MXGP championship at the MXGP of Castilla la Mancha, becoming a four time world champion. In MX2, Simon Längenfelder celebrated an impressive season, finishing third overall in the championship.

MotoGP 2024 - Round 15 of 20, Mandalika International Circuit, Indonesia – Race

The Indonesian Grand Prix raised the temperature for 2024 MotoGP as the Mandalika International Circuit welcomed 60,000 fans for the fifteenth round of the season and Pedro Acosta added to the show. The Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 rider equaled a season-best 2nd position after 27 hot laps in Lombok while teammate Augusto Fernandez fought near the top ten before having to retire with a technical problem.
